Get ready to brave a watery free-fall at Aquatica Orlando’s all-new water thrill slide, Ihu’s Breakway Falls, coming in 2014. The drop slide will be the tallest, steepest and only multi-slide ride of its kind in Orlando. The slide is named after Ihu, Aquatica Orlando’s colorful gecko, who searches for the biggest thrills, steepest hills and the coolest spills in the water park.

Opening for the season in April, LEGOLAND^® Florida’s Water Park provides just enough thrills for toddlers to tweens. The thrill seekers of the family can ascend to the tallest point of the water park, Splash Out, and choose from one of three unique slides, then speed down a 60-foot drop and “splash out” into the water below or jump on the Twin Chasers to ride tubes 375 feet down an intertwining pair of enclosed water slides before plunging into a refreshing pool below. But for the younger ones, there is still plenty of fun in store. Toddlers will rule in the DUPLO^® Splash Safari with perfectly-sized slides and interactive, larger-than-life DUPLO creatures in a zero-depth wading pool. The entire family will enjoy floating down the 1,000 foot long Build-A-Raft Lazy River where they can imagine, design and create their own LEGO vessel.
